본 계약은 Garim 앱의 사용권에 관한 계약입니다. 앱을 설치하거나 사용하면 본 EULA와 이용약관에 동의합니다. iOS 배포에는 Apple의 표준 EULA가 함께 적용되며 충돌 시 강행 법률과 해당 Store 조건이 우선합니다.
사용자는 자신이 소유하거나 통제하는 기기에서 개인적·비독점적·양도 불가능한 범위로 앱을 사용할 수 있습니다. 앱과 그 구성요소의 소유권은 이전되지 않습니다.
법률이 명시적으로 허용하는 경우를 제외하고 복제, 재배포, 임대, 재판매, 역설계, 보안 우회, 구매·권한 조작 또는 제3자의 권리를 침해하는 사용을 금지합니다.
보안과 호환성을 위해 업데이트가 필요할 수 있습니다. 중대한 위반 시 사용권이 종료될 수 있습니다. 자동 감지와 익명화 결과는 완전함을 보증하지 않으며 저장·공유 전 검토 책임은 사용자에게 있습니다. 적용되는 소비자 보호법상 권리는 제한되지 않습니다.

This agreement licenses the Garim app. By installing or using it, you agree to this EULA and the Terms of Use. Apple’s Standard EULA also applies to iOS distribution. Mandatory law and applicable Store terms control in case of conflict.
You receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app on devices you own or control. No ownership in the app or its components is transferred.
Except where law expressly permits, you may not copy, redistribute, rent, resell, reverse engineer, bypass security, manipulate purchases or entitlements, or use the app to violate another person’s rights.
Updates may be required for security and compatibility. The license may terminate for a material breach. Automatic detection and anonymization are not guaranteed to be complete; you must review outputs before saving or sharing. Mandatory consumer rights are not excluded.
Separate Google Play, App Store, advertising, and payment-provider terms apply to those services. Contact: [email protected]
